This notice explains how Adnitiative Limited (“Adnitiative”, “we”, “us”) uses personal data collected through adnitiative.com. We are the data controller for this data.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form: your name, email address, company, the services you’re interested in, your message, preferred meeting days, times, meeting type and time zone, and the email addresses of anyone you ask us to loop in.
- Context of your enquiry. The page you sent it from, the referring website and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed.
- Security data. Your IP address is used briefly to block spam and abuse. For rate limiting we keep only one-way hashes of your IP and email address, for up to two hours.
- Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics usage data. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you and arrange any meeting you ask for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a request you started. We don’t add you to marketing lists from an enquiry.
If you ask us to loop in colleagues, we do not email them automatically. We may include them when we reply to you.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the enquiry service and provides Turnstile, a privacy-preserving check that stops automated spam.
- Our email delivery provider sends your enquiry to our team inbox and sends you a confirmation.
- Google provides Google Analytics, only if you consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our inbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship. Where a backup copy of an enquiry is stored by our website service, it is deleted automatically after 12 months.
Stored in your browser
Your enquiry progress is saved in your browser so a refresh doesn’t lose it; it’s cleared when you send it. Our Dispatches Live Analytics visit report stays in your browser’s session storage and is never sent to us. You can clear both at any time from “Your visit” in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To do this, email hello@adnitiative.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
